I am always happy when people like my work, and am honored when they take the time to send me a note saying that.
Below are a few of them:

Dear Lynda,
What a treasure! Your work is so very beautiful; you have really captured the essence of the peacock.Your colors are amazing. They change in different lights as I turn, just
like the real peacock. You have captured the spirit of the peacock's tail, and his beak, and his crown. We can see his musculature. We really encounter the peacock through your pin.
You have added something precious to our family. Our children, all grown, love it that a peacock came to live in our yard. Such a faithful rendition of the character of our bird will be a family treasure.
Your work is so fine and detailed; it is clear that you truly know both your subject and your media. The world is richer because of the work you do.
With appreciation,
M.... O......
P.S. We loved also the beautifully drawn essay on the peacock. It seems just right that our magnificent bird is native to India and is valued as symbolizing Krishna. It was fun to open the small envelope and find this fine document. Your capital "P" is a further celebration of
peacock-ness.
